Our goal is to build a college and career culture based on early awareness, planning, preparation, and by nurturing in students the confidence to aspire to a post-secondary educational experience and the resilience to overcome challenges they may face along the way. 

In elementary school, students develop the awareness, knowledge and skills that lay the foundation for academic rigor and social development necessary for college and career readiness. - GROW

In middle school,  students explore and deepen college and career knowledge and the skills necessary for academic planning and goal setting. - EXCEL

In high school, students create an academic plan and select courses that create a college and career pathway that promotes full implementation of personal goals, to ensure the widest range of future life options. Students participate in a rigorous academic program that connects to their college and career aspirations and goals.  Students also increase knowledge of college applications, admissions requirements, career interests, financial aid and scholarships. - ACHIEVE
